When planning a party we know it can be stressful and overwhelming at times. We want you to know we care about your party just as much as you do. We will discuss every last detail with you to ensure your happiness; checking in throughout the process and up until the day before your event at times!
Once we deliver and setup, we check with you before leaving to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our work. We make ourselves available for questions or concerns to put your mind at ease.
When hiring us to do the job, you are taking a BIG stress off of your shoulders because we do it all! Choose us and we guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
Once our balloons are dropped off, set up or picked, it is out of our hands. That being said, our balloons are blown up with air. With optimal, steady temperatures they can last anywhere from a week to months indoors. Balloons outside should be setup in the shade and cooler temps. Lighter colors will last longer outside. Balloons exposed to temp changes and sunlight (whether inside or out) will oxidize (lose their shine).
We require a 30% non-refundable deposit for all orders upon receiving and accepting a quote. This deposit covers the cost of materials needed for your order.
If your party gets cancelled or postponed, we do not offer refunds. We will gladly accommodate the date change and still provide you with balloons for the rescheduled date. If your party is cancelled completely, you can still get your balloons and use for a private celebration or you may keep your deposit with us for another future event.
We offer many options for picking up but we do suggest a larger vehicle such as an SUV or Van for optimal room. Items you can schedule for pick up: grab and go garlands, bouquets, mosaics, and some columns.
We do not work with real flowers.
We do not blow up balloons you have already purchased. If you are hiring us, understand that we take great pride in our work and that includes and starts with using quality, high grade, biodegradable balloons form leading companies in the industry.
We charge per mile, round trip.
We HIGHLY suggest booking well in advance for your event. If you wait too long, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate your event.
To completely secure your date we need to receive your deposit. We do not secure any date unless we receive the deposit.
We treat all of our customers equally and hope that they are all “repeat” customers one day. That being said, we are constantly offering specials and sales. We post these on our Social media accounts, as well as send out a quarterly newsletter.
We take cash, check or credit card payments. Please contact us with any additional concerns or questions for payment.
We do NOT under any circumstances participate in balloon releases, as they are bad for the environment and can pose a safety risk.
We will only do a site visit or sketch if it is requested. Pricing for both will be worked into the final invoice.
We use high quality balloons including Tuftex and Qualatex brands. Both color charts are available for viewing and color selection.
We take custom orders for colors which require double stuffing balloons to achieve the perfect shade. It is important to note that double stuffing requires double the material and work, therefore it is double the price.
